I'd go with the 5&6 ES's. The others are a waste of money for such high mileage on the 4 banger... in my opinion.associated #'s listed as well:

I just go with the NGK part numbers that are in the owners manual.do you guys agree w/ the thought of going with one step colder if you see alot of highway miles or one step hotter if you see only short trips in town?
