hey guys, i'm new to the forum, just wanted to say that you guys give great advice, most times better than them "mechanics".
I have a B14 '96 model (GA 15 engine) pretty much stock, had real problems,
black smoke, loss of power, increased fuel usage, went from mechanic to mechanic, changed plugs, plug wires, distributor coil pack, fuel filter, even cleaned injectors.
eventually came to this forum and self diagnosed the problem with a diagnostic loaner from a friend, it was, as you all sugested a faultyy MAF sensor. thanks everyone, hope i can return the favour.
