Wheel and Tire 101, revisited for the umpteenth time

Sigh. No, you need do nothing but put them on.

When you originally start driving with them on it'll feel A LOT DIFFERENT, like you NEED a realignment....BUT YOU DON'T. I had the same thing going from a 14" to a 16" wheel. With the lower profile tire you will feel EVERY little crack and bump in the road. THAT'S NATURAL! It may even pull from to one side or the other, mine did and does. Just remember those tires don't have as much cushion as your stock tires, so the ride will be rougher.
