I just bought my 2005 altima 2.5SL on friday. im having a weird thing happen to me when i am driving. I am hearing like a air pressure sound or swishing sound when i am driving the car and when i get near other cars that are parked, the sounds seems to get louder. but the car runs smooth as hell. I love it. I had a 99mercury cougar but bought this car when my tranny messed up. can anyone tell me what is going on and shoiuld i be concerned

gets louder when your next to cars due to the echo.

air pressure sound?

you need to locate the sound first.

unfortunately, if the sound can't be located while the car is in park, the only ways to do it...

a dyno.. expensive
a friend hanging out a window... not too efficient
jackstands and gasing the car with the ebrake on...

lol.. needless to say, the last one is the best until the car falls off the jacks cuz you didn't secure it well enough.

at least you got the general location...
but you need to know the exact..

front left?
actually was expecting front right... the side with all the pulleys..

maybe a slight slight exhaust leak?

not sure what's under your hood, i like to look at things.
