I just installed a new distributor, new spark plugs, and new ignition wires. With a new distributor install, i'll have to adjust timing....

When I start the car (cold start), it starts up ok. After it has warmed up, I turn off the ignition and it wont start anymore. After it cools down, it can start again.

Please help.

It turns out that I just purchased a bad distributor. I reinstalled the old one and my car starts again........ (I only purchased a new distributor because my old one is leaking oil. The gasket around it melted somehow, and the plastic piece between the rotor and the distributor broke into pieces.)

... I'll just try again next time...

Search, others have reported this, i think from memory they ended up getting a new / re-built one.
Sorry that's not much help, you could try drilling it out and or helicoiling it.
