so that means your neutral safety switch is telling the computer that its in gear and something is messing up causing the power loss. it's a very unique problem ive never heard of anything like this except maybe in an automatic
im sorry im so set on trying to help figure this out. you never made it clear if it revs normally in gear with the clutch pushed in. but is it possibly a wheel might be locked up from the ebrake being on for an extended period of time? possibly it's dragging so much it seems like its the engine but really a locked wheel.
