Hey,

I was wondering if any of you knew where I'd be able to find a used/new/aftermarket driver side fender for my 2005 Xtrail. It cracked this past winter and i'd like to get that fixed. I've tried the dealership seems that it will run about 1,000 for that plastic part!

Can any of you help ?

Have you thought about getting it plastic welded? Talk to any motorcycle shop, they will give you a name. Most guys on bikes that crack their plastics do this. Very strong, but will need repainting after. Usually the plastic welders do this too.

thanks for taking the time to reply.. However, i don't 'think that would work since it cracked some into pieces it's not just a thin crack. I would need to replace the entire fender.. I've inquired and it will run me about 300 $ just for the fender. Then i've got to paint it and have it installed.. Any idea where i can find the paint for my black xtrail for cheap? I also heard that even if i match the color it stil won't be the same since the rest of teh body has faded over time. This is an end of lease, i hope they won't give me a hard time over it
