I'm sorry I have a job that pays crappy and money is a little short. And I thought it might be easier to find one that works if there others that were interchangable.
No, it's not easier. There are possible re-wiring issues and most important the calibration of the MAF needs to match the ECU fuel mapping otherwise the motor will run like crap.
If money's the problem, get the proper MAF from a junk yard.
he pretty much summed up what i was going to say. if you do get another MAF from a different car, you'll have to get it tuned, and if not done yourself, will be expensive. so find one at a junkyard or ebay.
