I have a 2001 Sentra GXE with 171K Km on it. I am kind of precausion type person and don't want to wait until something break down. I already have new belts, spark-plugs, struts/shocks and brake changed.

Correct me if I am wrong, I suspect the next system to go is the exhaust system. How long can it last? If I replace it with some better aftermarket system, any suggestion what to buy?

i wouldn't worry about replacing it unless it starts sounding like total poo, then it probably would be a bad cat. it shouldn't really give you any issues though.
