anyone here able to give me some dyno hp facts on what a K&N high flow filter can do for my 1998 200sx se with ga16?

Are you talking about the cone filter that attaches to the MAF, or the drop in panel filter. Either way, maybe 1hp, possibly as high as 2 with the cone (to the wheels)

Probably 1hp with the drop-in, if that. I have one and the main benefit is not having to buy replacement filters and better throttle response.
