I'll have to meet up with Jarrod sometime later this week/end. I'll definitely get more pics. There is a definite cutoff with them too...very sexxxxy.

I'll answer for him since I don't think he'll be on anytime soon.

He used the J30 projectors he got from the junkyard. :)
The bulbs, I believe, are 9006 bulbs actually.

Looks good Jarrod. How come you didn't use any shrouds/enclosures to cover the projector? Also, are these the J30 projectors that you had or something else? Are the bulbs HID? If so, what K rating are the bulbs?

LOL, John. Always asking why something wasnt done a certain way. BTW, did you change those red switches on your dash yet? How come you didnt use black ones? They seem to distract from your beautiful guages. Hahaha.
This was a little project of mine that I decided to do on a very small budget. It's something someone can do to their car very cheap.
J30 headlights (broken) from junkyard...$5.
2 9006 harnesses...$15.
55w 9006 bulbs (two packs on sale)...$35.
I dedcided to use the single projector because it was easier and quicker to mold to the stock headlight. I can still aim the beams using the stock Maxima aiming knobs. Another note...These need HID's as the 9006's are a single filament bulb. The light pattern is highly improved over stock(Maxima), but the output or brightness sucks. HID's should be in soon and installed by the next meet.
Next project will be dual projectors with the halo's.

Too funny Jarrod. I didn't mean to seem OCD even though I really am. :) Ya, I got some new led switches from Digikey.com that are the same style but are all black except for a tiny horizontal strip that will light red once turned on. I haven't installed them yet since the weather has not been ideal. These new switches will eliminate the glare caused from the previous switches. Although, I have grown accustomed to the glare. Man, I didn't know this project was so inexpensive for you. I'm still trying to find some S2000 projectors at a good price so I can join the projector club. Did you happen to take pics of the retro-fit process? Keep up the good work.
