Well, the tires that are on the truck are literally brand new. The previous owner put new tires and shocks on it, right before they traded it in. Methinks I'm gonna just run the current tires and wheels.
Introduction
Hi all, I found this site a couple of days ago, when I was looking into purchasing an old Nissan Hardbody pickup. Well, I can officially announce now, that as of yesterday (11.26.08) I am a Nissan truck owner. My little truck was found at a dealer lot in Sweetwater, TX., which is about 210 miles from where I live. Purchasing this truck became one of the more interesting days I've had in quite some time. I had originally planned on trading in my 97 F150 for the Nissan, but after they refused to give me anything remotely resembling an intelligent offer, I ended up finding myself with two vehicles in my posession, 200 miles from home, and didn't have anyone with me to tag team the drive back. By the time I got back home, it was after 0400, and I had covered 844 miles in three different vehicles, to get everything back home. Oh yeah, the truck averaged 26.7 mpg on the drive home. Not bad at all, if you ask me. The particulars on the truck are:
