Hey guys has anyone ever taken off their stock radio antenna and made it into an internal one? If so, where can I buy the necessary parts.... I don't really listen to my radio, so I think an internal antenna would give my SE/SC Xterra a cleaner look! Thanks Fellas!!! :fluffy:

you would need to have a small metal "coin" welded into where your antenna is now to get rid of that hole, grid it down smooth, repaint your entire fender. then run an extension wire from your antenna to your roof or where ever you want to put it and buy an "internal" or "interior" antenna from any audio store/ radio shack........way to much work when you can just go buy a smaller "stubbie" black rubber antenna.

So where can I buy one of these so-called "stubbies"??
