I am helping to install an earthquake sub into my friends Geo. I desperately need help because there is def something wrong. The speakers arent half as loud and make a slight maxing out sound when they are at 40. (on the head unit). Was this a power shortage of the head unit or what? How do I fix these speakers.? The earthquake is hooked up and works but the speakers arent loud at all. Do I need to hook something up to the amp? WHAT DO I DO?!?!?! pls help.
