Does anyone have any leads on a Solid cover to replace cardboard one that covers the spare and keeps the trunk floor level?

IMO, the best cover to use is a piece of 1/4" plywood. Use the OEM cardboard as a template to mark the plywood, then use a gigsaw to cut out your new cover. If you don't have rug in there, easy enough to buy a cheap thin rug and cut it to match the new plywood cover.

This. Instead of looking for an aftermarket one, create your own cover.
