have any of you guys ordered from www.importpartsplus.com?
I ordered an intake and bushings on 11/18 and its now 12/2 and on my order status its;"Pending: Your order has been received and is currently being processed. "

I have sent an email to them 3 days in a row now still no response. This place is terrible about customer service and i suggest no one order from them.

My experience.

Everything I have ordered from IMPP I have gotten without a hitch. I think the key to my success was patience. Many items have to sent to IMPP from a distributor.

If you ordered on 11/18, your item was processed that day or the 19th. It took the item 3-5 days (depending on maufacturer) to arrive at IMPP, then there was a Holiday. I'd say your jumping the gun by saying not to order from them.

Out of curiosity what intake did you order? If it was a Hot Shot intake they are very slow at times do to them being a smaller shop trying to keep up with huge demand.
