I cant say that i have found a good one for the GA16i (which you have). A custom job is probably your best bet. There are several headers available for the E16i, you may want to try seeing if a shop will build you an adapter to allow the E16i header to mate up to the GA16i. Or maybe even a GA16DE header to mate up to a GA16i. Ask around.
