Hey all. This is my newest problem lol

my car has idle problems, after a rev the idle will still stick at 1500 then drop to 750 and nearly stall if you put in the clutch while in gear sometimes. So after checking a few things i arrived at the oxygen sensor test. On the ECU, making sure the light flashes 5times every 10secs at 2000rpm, which it didnt at all (the car is hot) However if i create a vacume leak (making it lean) the light goes on. Once i correct the leak the light go off and stays off. So... lol does that mean the problem isnt the O2 sensor but something else making my car run rich or could this be the O2 sensor not working?
