When my car is in idle it kinda wants to die. It idles around 500, and the lights kinda dim and the engine rolls a little. The dealership says it's the aftermarket parts and wants me to let him replace everything-fat chance. But the dealership and two "electrical specialty" shops are dumb-founded. Even my mechanic friends are getting pissed at my car. NOBODY can figure it out. I installed an air intake, header, exhaust, and brand new wires, plugs, o2 sensor, fuel filter, fuel pump, battery, alternator, and checked my fuses. Anyone have any ideas? I'll send $20 to the first person who gives me the info I need to fix the problem!:D

Adjust your idle. If your car is a stick you should be idling at 800rpm and if it an auto it should be at 1000rpm. This is what I would do first. You should not be idling that low.

If that doesn't fix it, check your tps sensor.

or try changing your coolant sensor. sounded like my car before and they found out it was my coolant sensor that went bad.
