Idle adjustment screw missing???

I have a 1997 Nissan Hardbody pickup,that I'm trying to adjust the idle on my 4cyl engine,The Idle adjusting screw is not visible.Is it possible that the screw came loose and fell off? WHere can I get one of tho:confused::confused:se?Any suggestions or info would be much appreciated.
