from what i have read on these forums is that the 15s are better if you want it good on performance and don't mess with your speed gauge if you get the right tires, but if its just to pimp it out then get the 16s, might give your a harsher ride with the 16s if your car is dropped.
Also do a search because there is a ton on this, also search on the sr20forum too
