13 N/A without Nos is almost impossible unless you gut the car and run C2/C3 combo.
Go to the All Motor section of the www.sr20deforum.com and follow what ALLMOTORSENTRA is doing. Thats about the only way youwill get 13's out of a SR20. It will not be cheap. Be happy you get a 14.8 with bolt ons and interior removed!
