I noticed recently that the rubber like connector between the air intake duct and air filter chamber has broken, resulting in a vaccuum leak that is causing a check engine light. The performance of the car has not detoriated but I want to fix it to get rid of the check engine light.

Can someone please tell me if this can be fixed without replacing the whole air intake duct? If you know the part number etc, I would appreciate that greatly. If I need to replace the part, is it an easy replacement that I can do myself with basic tools.
