guys,

I have never changed these before, but which way do you turn the tensioner, how long of a bar do you need to turn this. can I use a breaking bar on a socket? or do I need a special wrench tool/bar??

10mm socket to take the plastic wheel well liner
14mm socket or wrench turning clockwise

now, see where the allen wrench is inserted? there are two eyelets that you can insert something through to lock the tensioner in place so you can take the belt off and put it back on without having to push on the tensioner.

hope this helps

Thanks a bunch! good picture and diagram and thanks for the explanation. that is good that you can hold the tensioner in place while replacing the belt.

Thanks again.
