Most searching brings up people asking if they can be repaired or replaced in general. I have the replacements already, they just didn't come with the ball in the joint. That's fine except the old one's do not appear to come out of the old socket. Any trick I'm missing? Do they just need some pressure? Does the part store sell them? They new ones are very clear about how they go on, just need the old ones out.

Never mind. Went back to the parts store and it just happens that the two I bought were both missing hardware. Looks like it should go pretty easy from here. That was really starting to make me feel kind of dumb.
