I'm planning to lower my car, I already have a TEIN S-tech lowering springs, i'm also planning to change my shocks/ struts, is KYB excel G gas type is the best for lowering the car? or still fluid? thanks..
Your going to want something like the KYB AGX adjustable struts, all other non-adjustable strut is basically an over priced stock valved strut. If you are going to lower your car do it right, get some good springs and good struts all at the same time, if you cant do that than get the struts first.
I have had the KYB AGX struts on my car for almost a year and they really helped the handling of the car, now i'm looking at getting Ground Control Coil-overs!
i know nothing about the excel-g gas type shocks. I had to order my struts and wait 2 weeks for them to come in. If your in a rush than put the excel-g struts to the test and see how you like them, other wise just trust a know strut, it's up to u to decide what to do.
