*HELP NEEDED* Potential tranny/exhaust problem?

Scenario - I'm driving in slow city traffic or approaching a stop sign from speed around 50km/h, <2000rpm. Whenever I let go of the throttle, there would be a humming sound comming from the engine until the car comes to a complete stop.
If anyone of you have heard a Caravan with tranny issues or any car with a broken muffler it sounds exactly just like that. Or maybe a 20year old car driving beside you and you hear their engine "roaring"

Any ideas guys? It currently has 55k on it so I'll have to bring it back to the dealer quick before warranty runs out.

Thanks a lot guys.
