everday i drive about 12 miles on the expressway doing at least 70 the whole time. here recently i have felt like i am losing power when i come off of the ramp. my car makes no funny noises but does emit some heavy exhaust as i come around the ramp. it clears up as soon as i get off of my decel from the ramp. can anyone please help me figure out why it is doing this?

check the level of your braking fluid. maybe your master cylinder is bad and the car is sucking out some fluid and brning it.

how do i check that?

check if the reservoir for the brake fluid is getting empty. or remove the vacuum hose which goes from the servo to the inlet manyfold and check if there is some brake fluid in it.
