My '93 was in an accident and is currently in the process of being repaired. Everything is about done, but one thing is wrong, the headlights won't pop up. everything is lined up, and there is no damage to the units or motors. the wiring was clipped however, and the mechanic spliced the wires back together. It seems there is no juice to the motors, but the lights come on when they are turned on. All of the fuses switches and relays have been checked. any ideas???? Need to get this car back together.

Thanks...

Have the mechanic check the wiring again.

Did he try powering it up when the wiring wasn't quite right? May have damaged the motors or the mode switch in the motors.
