The head lamp fuses are located in the fuse Junction box which is in the engine compartment near the battery; it should be 10 or 15 amp fuses.

There are separate 15A fuses for left and right, they're both in the IPDM. However, since both of the lamps quit, it's unlikely the fuses are the problem. There are two likely possibilities. One is that one bulb was already burnt out and you didn't notice it until the second one went out. In that case you have two bad bulbs. The other possibility is that the IPDM is bad (the Low Beam Relay is integral to the IPDM and can't be serviced).

The IPDM is located to the left of the battery and is upside down, release the pawls and pull it upward to get at the fuses and connectors:
