every morning i have to crank the key 4, 5, sometimes more times just to get the car to start.

i have replaced the ignition, injectors, the fuel pump, the plugs/wires, distributor, rotor cap, alternator, and battery (plus maybe some other crap I cant remember at the moment)

im really at a loss here and im getting fed up with throwing money at this

does anyone know what the problem could be?

What did the spark plugs you took out look like? They should have had a light coating which is tan or white with no blistering.

guess i should mention it has a highport swapped into it

the plugs were replaced when the swap was done about 5 or 6 months ago

i guess i can check the ones that are in it now if needed (OEM coppers)

Coil or igniter chip possibly. I'd check your compression as well once you've got it started and warmed up.

the weather has started to warm up, and my car is a lot easier to start

it only takes 2 or 3 tries to get it to turn over

any idea on what it could be?
whatever it is, it fluctuates with the weather/temp changes

im at a loss

it might just be getting old ya know? sometimes mine does this, and sometimes it starts but runs very rough with a fluctuating idle(it smooths out.) i plan to replace the injectors in a few years to fix it. maybe you could do the same.
