Plus, after increasing the compression, I was stuck buying premium, and adding octane booster to keep it from pinging. The stock Electro Injection is the bottleneck. After putting twin side drafts on it, it picked up almost 2 seconds in the quarter mile! But although the side drafts make big power, they hurt driveability, mileage, and reliability. Take your pick. Of course, no one [that I know of] makes a side draft set-up for the GA16i anyway. You might want to make one though. Know any good tig welders?
