so, plain and simple, i push the throttle to the floor, it bogs. do i need to change the fuel filter?
GA16i bogs at full throttle

could be...
more air, not enough gas sounds to be the in-sight problem.
could be, it needs fuel cleaner, but if you've let the system get to far, it could need some serious work. just cleaning the fuel system.
clean it good... brand new even.
bet ya it'll run like a champ again...
if you clean and repair the intake as well.

the system's clean, i know that much. well taken care of. i'll get a diagnostic run though.

how about your timing? what octane fuel you use?

i use 89 octane regularly, and 91 octane every third fill-up. even now i'm running 91, and it's still bogging. it's better with better octane fuel. will advancing my timing help this?

i'm not sure how high of timing you can go on the ga16i, but with my ga16de's i have went to *15 btdc. see what your timing is, and if its not too high i would bump it up some and see if it gets better.
