Fuel Injector Question

My injectors are about to go out, at least one of them, it's an ON and OFF thing, kind of hard to diagnose. I measured #4 and it shows 19 ohms. I'm planning to replace all 4 at the same time. I can get "new" injectors but they're from a 1.6L 98 Nissan Sentra. Are they similar to 1.6L 94 Nissan Sentra ? Same part number ? Will they fit my original fuel rail ? Thanks in advance.

Nevermind. I found the problem. Water in the fuel lines and fuel filter. It's been really cold outside lately... around 10 degrees and I haven't had a chance to run my car for a couple days. I replaced the fuel filter and I put a bottle of Heet (This stuff works!!) in the gas tank and the car runs perfect.
