i got some estimates and a company is coming out tomorrow to fix the foundation, i BBB them as well and no compliants woot, its 93 in the house right now

I started playing MTG a month ago. People at work got me into it... I am now addicted.

I did not know if it was you or not so I did not say anything.

who are your friends? you should join my 1337 crew. i play fridays mostly but i enjoy getting stuff together on weekends

as far as mtg being nerdy, yeah some sad looking people play but a ton of cool people like me play haha, i find it a combo of poker and chess but with more variety

yeah im down let me know when and where, i love poker/chess myself.. i drifted away from poker a bit since i found out about mtg.

but yeah its awesome if you know how to play both.

i never find anyone to play w/ outside of work and i get the worst mtg cravings on the weekends.

on another note: my garage door is crapping out now and the a.c guy came and temp fixed our a/c. I lost 13lbs in 5 days by sleeping in a 96 degree house woot. The a/c told me their was corrosion that was caused by the unit not being cared for. He said it was not our fault, it probably was never cared for. So the home warranty people may not cover it, bam 800 bucks to the face. ugh

Dude!! Why did you not call me? I have not been on in a few weeks, so I did not see what was happening to you. Are they already working on your foundation? If so. What is the name of the company? Are you getting a Lifetime transferable warranty and more importantly. Is it being supervised by a structural engineer?

Always call me. If I don't know the answer. I will get the answers for you. Especially on house stuff.

Was there a structural engineer report done?

i had several estimates done and they were all about the same in price and solution. im not sure if the people who come out are engineers. anyway its done and everything looks better with the exception of patching cracks up
