I have a 93 sentra 1.6l car. The coolant is leaking below the engine..not sure where from. It seems to do this every other month...leaves a small puddle. My question is where do I add coolant? In the overflow resevoir or in the radiator? When I take the cap off of the radiator I dont see any fluid. There is fluid in the bottom of the overflow tank though. If I fill it in the radiator do I just fill it until I can see it?

Also, any ideas why it would be doing this intermittently?

Thanks

You really should fill upp the radiator from the cap! If your car doesn't give warm air into cockpit anymore then you don't have much coolant left (just for information). If you haven't previously followed radiator fluid level then now is the time because there might be some reason why fluids are disappearing from the radiator. If this happens in the future too then post up here and we'll think together what migth cause it. :)

fill it all the way up and read the FSM for the bleeding procedure, top up the over flow tank to the line.
