Bought the Nissan Rogue SV 2022 on the last day of February i.e. 28th from

The dealer made us a fool because of the deceptive description. As per their website and email, it has a birds-eye view monitor and cameras on the left and right sides.

After taking the delivery, I figured it has only one back camera and no bird view monitor. I called up the dealer and they said it's a clerical error on their website but can't do much now. I am quite disappointed and exploring my options to fix this issue now. I requested them to add the cameras as shown on your website and email but he said it's not possible now and I have to buy a new car to do so.

What are my options now?
Should I take them to court?
How can I resolve it outside the court now?

After further research, I figured they have broken the law 15 U.S.C. 1125 - False designations of origin, false descriptions, and dilution forbidden.

I want to solve it amicably but the dealer is quite mischievous.

Please avoid this dealer in Massachusetts at any cost.
