I have a 93 4x4 HB and it came with a cat-back 2" flowmaster kit and I am always having to tighten the bolts that connect the cat-back system to the cat. As far as I can tell the problem stems from the fact that the two flanges dont match because they have different bolt sizes. I do not have access to a welder so cutting off one flange to weld on another is out of the question. If anyone can give me an idea to keep these bolts from coming loose please post a reply.
