OK My engine started..after resting at idel for like a second it quickly revs up the RPM's by itself..quick as in up to 5000rpm in about a second.
Does anyone know what causes this...greatly appreciated.

I think its the throttle body sensor but I'm not 100% sure...or maybe that I don't have the vacuum lines from the igniter chip connected(dont know where they go)

well the throttle cable was too short..and the cable was pulling the throttle plate to begin with...so i bent the throttle cable mount that mounts to the manifold so it could reach it...and so it rested completely un engaged. It was as if the throttle was being engaged since the throttle cable was pulling the throttle.
