Hi,
I have a 2004 pathfinder and tonight while driving home the 4wd indicator light that was showing the vehicle in 2H went out and ABS light, slip indicator light and 4WD warning light all lit up at the same time. Any ideas as to what might cause this or how to fix? I checked and 4wd still seems to be working.

Just looking arounfd the forum, could this be a sign the alternator is going??

I get exactly the same error codes, now the 4WD warning light is not lit up however the ABS light and Slip VDC OFF lights are still on.

Someone please help......

ok, so today I topped up the master cyclinder and after some grinding in the front, the VDC I assume, the lights went out. Shortly after they all came on again. The master cyclinder is still full. Not sure what to try next. I made an appointment with a local garage for Wednesday to check the ABS sensor. The nearest Nissan dealer is 2 hrs away.

Anybody have any new ideas to try or something I may be missing???

The Nissan dealer tells me I have an ABS sensor gone, wow they are not cheap to replace. Any body know approximately how long it will take for the garage to install? I'm guessing 2-3 hrs? I was told it was a fairly big job.
