listen i need some help, i just bought this 240sx for 800 and its runnin great,
but when i got home, i heard bubbling in the car, so i got out, open the hood and the coolant was bubbling like a milk in a pot on the stove, the guy that i bough tit from fill the coolant all the way to the top (which anyone isnt supposed to do)

why is that, need some help guys.

Most likely there's a head gasket leak. Do a compression test on all cylinders to verify this.

unfortunately if its bubbling like you say it is yes it could be a head gasket or you could have cracked the head and your engine is forcing the air from your compression stroke into your radiator

Head gasket could be it, but check cheap first. Replace the radiator cap with a new one (get a high psi one, preferably OEM). if that's not it (which i doubt it is anyway) then yea, do like the above say. but i would also check to see if it's leaking coolant anywhere, espacially from the water pump.
