Does anyone know how I can replace a front passenger-side control arm? I went to get tires replaced a while back and was told that the control arm needed to be replaced before alignment can be performed, since it's bent. Does it require special tools or is this something I can do with a jack and a socket set?

it is fairly easy. the hardest part will be seperating the ball joint fron the lower hub. you will have to lossen the lower ball joint bolt, then hammer the joint to break it loose. after that it's a piece of cake, but it will be difficult on the ground. I did it already on my car when i replaced the bushings with polyurethane. But i had a lift in a shop.
