Coilovers Vs. Springs

I am about to drop my car. I was wondering if i Can just get springs and be OK or if i have to get coilovers. BTW i did a search and couldnt find an answer so plz dont flame lol. Thanx an' peace.

basically comes down to coilovers = adjustable height/drop. Plus theres' a few more instructions to install coilovers. Its more a question of where you get your springs from. Remember if you get really stiff springs, to get performance struts, or your stock struts will wear out within 6 to 12 months.
