Hi does anyone know the specs for testing coils? its should be in the owners manual if anyone who has a copy of would be so kind as to look it up for me.

I am interested in what the ratings should be when testing with an ohm meter.

its for a rb20DE. part number 60U01

Thanks for the replies, I got some useful info from there (impedance should be around 7ohms)

I registered a few days ago on gtr canada but I can't start a new thread which is annoying, I was going to ask what is the correct way to test the coils? I have put an ohm meter across the + and - terminals but always get a reading of about 1.1 (tried 12 different coils) anyway have any idea?
