I installed a hotshots intake and plugged in all the intake air sensors, Im wondering if my car will pass smog now in California. because i will have to get it smogged in a few months and i dont want to swich back to my stock intake to get it passed. If anyone knows how this should turn out leave me a note. thanks.

In every other state you will...although Cali is very strict, as long as you dont throw codes you will almost surely pass although I am not completely fimaliar with Cali's specs.

In CA you will need to find a shop that doesn't care about the visual inspection. The CAI equipped car will pass emmissions, but not the visual or modification clause in CA testing rules.

Ok will they be upfront about that or will it be kinda shady, concerning the visual inspection. If i ask them will they tell me? What is this modification clause? Thanks

You only have to get a smog every two years or so, so why not just plug in your stock intake box when you take it in. takes about ten min, and best of all it's free.
If you take your car in with the cai as soon as they see that you fail and maybe might have to go see the referee.
On the other hand you can throw them some money to not see it.
But I think you should just put your stock intake back in.
