CA18DE Auto ECU w/ Manual Tranny?

Well, I bought a KA to replace my sh** one and it ended up the one I bought was sh** also, imagine that. But anyway, I found a good JDM dealer in NJ that will ship me a CA18DE (non-turbo 130HP I know) with everything I need to swap for $1000. Only problem is the damn thing has an auto tranny hanging off the back of it so the ECU is for an auto and I already have a good manual tranny and sure as hell don't want to swap to auto. So I was wondering if there was any way I could use the auto ECU with my manual tranny or if anyone new where to get a manual ECU for the CA18DE (JDM).

you shouldnt have a problem, im running my sr manual trans with an auto 63 ecu. havnt had a problem since
