Sweeet, I really like the look of that REVESOL wheel, wasn't expecting it to fit onto the stock wheel, I might have to go that route at some point. Good to hear the dupont connectors fit, it's definitely a much cheaper alternative to the OEM pins while still giving a good fit. I'll probably be doing some sort of quick disconnect as well, so I can swap out for the stock connectors. If I find a set of paddles with those connectors (or the actual connectors) on it for a reasonable price, I'll share the part number on it. I've pinged the eBay sellers but of course they're not sharing lol.

@ooiman92 , thanks. I heard the people of A1 Auto actually make steering wheels for a known automobile manufacturer but they won't tell us which company. They decided to make their own steering wheel boutique of some sort i.e. REVESOL! The steering wheel I have was built for the Altima L33s (2013-to-2018) so it's an actual altima steering wheel. Feels good. I wanted the carbon one but I have no carbon trimig yet so I bought the full leather wheel. Besides cleaning up the interior and exterior my next mod will be the Stillen catback exhaust.

Yeah, I'm gonna hunt for the connectors myself. Looks like the 2012 maxima share the same exact paddle shifters as the 13 altima...figures lol.

@rjones6362 Thank you so much for the inspiration to do this, I probably would have never thought this was possible. It took most of the day but I got everything set up and it's working perfectly. I got manual mode!

Carbon fiber would be sweet in this car, I have the SL model so it does have trim that somewhat looks like carbon fiber already so it might be a good fit. If you were looking for aftermarket exhausts, the 3.5 exhausts work on this model as well. I have the Borla exhaust made for the 3.5 and it sounds amazing. Maybe I can get a recording of it at some point. It will sound even sweeter now that I have manual mode. Thanks again!

I did a mod to the stock exhaust which sounds good for what it is... when challengers hear me roaring behind them shifting gears, they react and speed up! It's hilarious 😂 . Sometimes I get onlookers who look stunned like "what the heck!" Whoa! Lol I think L33s L34s are hidden daily driver focused gems just like the older Altima SERs back in the days! I think we have some amazing machines that have potential.

Thanks for the info for the 3.5 exhaust! Borla is a reputable company in which Craig Lieberman ( Fast and Furious) worked for back then. I'll look into them but my heart is set on Stillen! Stillen has been showing and giving mad love to the Nissan platforms especially Altimas. They known Nissans!!

I want to at least achieve high 200 HPs (270-300) and I'll be good. Wonder if I can steal a stock turbo from a 2.0 altima L34. Once install a catback I think I'll be around the 200s but I probably need a tune. Not sure of I can tune a stock ECM in L33s but I thought about a standalone Tuner device because I daily drive mine.

Haha, I'm sure you get a ton of looks with any exhaust mod. I tend to prefer a more tame sound but the Borla was a good in between for me, I think the stillen sounded almost the same, but with slightly less bass. I think it sounds like an infiniti with a sport exhaust at some points lol. I've been playing with the manual mode for a bit and I think it's gonna put a dent in my wallet haha. I think I srop 5-10mpg when shifting manually haha.

As far as strut tower braces go, I'm only seeing third party ones and the Stillen. I have a racingline ftsb and it's done wonders for handling, but they seem to have disappeared unfortunately. Ultra Racing looks like they have the large number of undercarriage bracings inclusing a strut bar if you wanted to keep in brand. Haven't done it myself, but it might be a good next step for me.

@ooiman92 , yeah! Part of my stock exhaust mod is that I chopped off both muffler 'exit pipes' and replaced them with a wider exit forward cut tip-and-pipe from Flowmaster.

Exactly what I'm going for, that f**kn Infiniti exhaust sound; settle but with that aggressive growl especially in high rpms. I contacted stillen.com to see if they can replace the resonator with a stainless delete pipe instead. Idk it still may sound good with it but I want to delete it and just roll with the mufflers.

Oooooo YES this thing will eat gas like a 3.5L in Ds and Manual modes man hell yeah lol 😆 my goodness. The brochure lied!!!! My wallet screams but im hooked lol

Funny, I JUST left Ultra Racing site I might buy the whole brace set piece by piece starting with the strut tower brace first. I need better handling. I do have a stillen rear sway installed but I need more stability. Also thought about bagging mine idk but the back needs to be dropped asap. Monster truck ride height is uuuugly. Ultra looks promising so it'll dive in! Thanks. I mad at stillen for not making the ftsbs the for 2.5 L33 sedan tho

Yeah, that delete pipe should wake up the sound from what I've heard. Sounds like a winning combo.

I could've sworn Stillen had made an ftsb in the past, but yeah, doesn't look like there's as many options as there used to be either. Personally, the chassis feels stiff enough with the front and rear sway bars, but you can never have too much bracing. We'll see if I can will myself to grab some of the other bracings as well lol.

Just installed a brand new Stillen Cat-Back exhaust. Sounds really good on cold start, under idle and gets aggressive (Infiniti) on throttle. Oh boy! Manual mode kicks even more! Here's some photos for ya! update

In general, your truck battery price in nigeria will usually need a new battery after three to four years. Replacing your car battery is another part of routine maintenance. Getting your battery checked and inspected is standard for your service visits after three years, even if you haven't needed it replaced yet.

Finally got the right connectors for the paddle shifters. Got them from a donor 2012 Maxima on Ebay. I sheathed the wiring to match the rest of the harness. Yup, older Maximas share the same exact paddle shifters. I think the 2012s 2013s.

Its a Dasaita Head Unit I bought from Amazon. Yes its pretty good. I'd say get the 64gig Dasaita unit.
