I prefer to stick with the Nissan premium brake pads, personally, and if the rotors are not worn beyond specs, resurface them with an on-car brake lathe. On the aftermarket, Akebono, which is an OEM supplier of Nissan brake linings, makes ceramic pads. Most aftermarket rotors are pretty good, but be wary of cheap rotors which tend to be of poor quality and warp easily.
