i just finished putting my SR back in my 240, and i'm having a problem whenever i hook up the battery. whenever i hook up the cables to the terminals, the FL100A fuse in the engine bay keeps blowing. would anyone know what is causing this problem? or does anyone know where it goes to so i can start from there?

figured it out.

the plastic piece that goes over the end of the power wire for the alternator wasn't on it. without it there, the metal terminal contacting the metal body of the alternator would cause it to ground out, resulting in the 100A fuse blowing. hope this helps someone in the future.
