Guys, has anybody attempted to bleed out the powersteering system? How do you accomplish this? Is there some sort of relief valve on the rack? Thanks to anyone who can help. Oh this is on a 1992 1.6 engine

Here is the procedure from the B13 Factory Service Manual:

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM BLEEDING
CAUTION: DO NOT hold steering wheel at or near lock position for more
than 15 seconds.
1) Raise and support vehicle. While adding fluid, turn
steering wheel quickly from lock to lock until fluid level no longer
decreases and no bubbles exist.
2) Start engine and allow to idle. Repeat step 1). Perform
procedure until fluid level no longer decreases and no bubbles exist.
